5 Rivers Ventures is a private investment firm. We invest in category-defining technology companies while they are still privately held, on behalf of the families and institutions we serve, and alongside them.
Where do you invest?
In the foundational technologies of the coming decades — artificial intelligence and compute, autonomy and national security, neurotechnology and health, and the infrastructure of the physical world. Our portfolio companies are primarily based in the United States.
Who can invest with the firm?
Our vehicles are offered privately and are open only to eligible investors. In plain terms, these are individuals and entities that meet certain thresholds set by securities law. We confirm eligibility with every investor before any investment.
